Shipping and Returns

In stock items ship the next business day via UPS. Special order items take 5-7 days and some non stock items may be drop shipped F.O.B. factory depending on the quantity ordered.

Shipping is only available to states in the continental US. Shipping prices are calculated FOB shipping point, Ohio or factory if a special order non stock item.

Next Day Air, 2nd day air and 3 day select are available if order is placed by 11.00am est. time for same day shipping.

Damaged product or cartons must be reported to the delivery driver immediately. If the carton is visibly damaged open for inspection while driver is present. Damage is the responsibility of the delivery company so it must be properly documented for a claim to be honored. We package product very securely as a result damage in shipping is very rare.

Reserve Filter Systems makes no warranty, expressed or implied concerning application and merchantability. Warranty and defective product claims will be referred to the Manufacturer under their respective policies. Reserve Filter Systems maximum obligation will be limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of product tested to be defective. Determination of use in application of the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.

No items with broken shrink wrap and in non-resale condition will be accepted for return and no returns will be accepted without an RGA Return Goods Authorization.
